| The CP2304 is a high performance low dropout linear voltage regulator (LDO) for portable battery-powered systems. The excellent transient response, high PSRR characteristic and no bypass capacitor makes the CP2304 suitable for digital applications and occupies less PCB space. The CP2304 guarantees 150mA output current and the typical dropout voltage is 120mV. The CP2304 also features a fold-back current limiting function and the output current is 30mA when the VOUT short to the ground. The CP2304 has a fast turn-on time of 30¦ÌS and a fast turn-off time of 80¦Ìs typically. The quiescent current of the CP2304 is 45¦ÌA in working mode and the shutdown current of the CP2304 is less than 0.01¦ÌA. |
