| The CP2306 is a high performance LDO for portable battery-powered systems. The excellent transient response performance, high PSRR characteristic and no bypass capacitor makes the CP2306 suitable for digital applications and occupies less PCB space. The CP2306 guarantees 300mA output current and the typical dropout voltage is 180mV. The CP2306 also features a fold-back current limiting function and the output current is 30mA when the VOUT short to the ground. The CP2306 has a fast turn-on time of 30¦ÌS and a fast turn-off time of 80¦ÌS typically. The quiescent current of the CP2306 is 45¦ÌA in working mode and the shutdown current of the CP2306 is less than 0.01¦ÌA. |
