150mA High PSRR, Ultra-Low Noise Linear Voltage Regulator
OVERVIEW
The CP2311 is a high performance low dropout linear voltage regulator (LDO), which performance is optimized for battery powered systems to deliver high PSRR and ultra-low noise, ideally suited for powering Analog/RF devices. The CP2311¡¯s dropout voltage is typically 120mV when providing 150mA output current. The CP2311 has a fast turn-on time of 45¦Ìs and a fast turn-off time of 80¦Ìs typically. The CP2311 also features a fold-back current limiting function and the output current is 70mA when the VOUT short to the ground. The quiescent current of the CP2311 is 85¦ÌA in working mode and the shutdown current of the CP2311 is less than 0.01¦ÌA.
